Confidential by default — every FRA you upload is private to your account, encrypted, and never shared with other users, published or sold.
How we protect itUpload an FRA and it is audited clause by clause against PAS 79, the BAFE SP205 scheme criteria and the legislation that applies to your specific building. You get a score, every gap, and the remedy required to close it.
Generic checking misses the things that actually matter. Choose the building and the criteria change with it — evacuation alert systems and external wall appraisals for a higher-risk residential block, DSEAR and rack storage for a warehouse, progressive horizontal evacuation and dependency ratios for a hospital ward.

Every assessment is tested against the core set below, plus the standards attached to the building type you select. BAFE SP205 criteria are applied to the document itself: assessor competence, declared scope and limitations, methodology, risk rating justification, a prioritised action plan with owners and dates, and a stated review date.
Automated findings are a review aid. A competent person must still sign off the assessment before it is relied upon.
